Account Management
For signup we just need your name, valid email address & password. After email verification you are all set to create your profile and company.
On the login screen click on forgot password & enter your email address, You ll receive an email with password reset link. Click on that link and set your new password.
You can update your personal information on the profile screen which on the top right corner, click on the dropdown on user profile picture and select profile, on this screen you can always update your personal information.
If you forgot your username, you can always contact to customer support online chat on in right bottom and also can send email on support@connectsimpli.com
Currently in ConnectSimpli only one user access is integrated but we are working on user level access to manage the client dashboard.
Single user access who signed up have full access to company account and data.
Employees can view all processed payrolls, can download tax certificates and payslips also can update profile information as needed.
Yes you can update your personal information from profile page.
Employee & Payroll Management
You can select any number of employees when making a payroll it’s totally up to you.
As of the current available system on payroll you can update payment mode for one or bulk employees as cash, Bank Transfer & Micro Financial Banks. Soon we are going to integrate automated payrolls where your one click will transfer salaries to all employees.
Yes they can, on the employee dashboard on payslips section employees can download payslips for any month.
Yes you can schedule payroll for future months while creating a payroll.
Yes you can import and export employees list.

You can add allowances/benefits on company level which can be used for multiple employees and also option to add custom allowances/benefits on add employee and on edit payroll.

Taxation

Subscriptions and Billings
The service is billed based on the usage of specific digital services listed on our platform, each with associated charges. There are no fixed fees, and you can find detailed pricing information for each service on our Pro Services page.
Yes you can always cancel the subscription, just make sure there is no pending invoice. Also you can always check with support at support@connectsimpli.com always.
